Klewin Development, a subsidiary of Klewin Construction, has been selected as prime Developer for Parcel J by the City of New London, CT. Parcel J consists of 3.25 acres of land located on the corner of Bank Street and Howard Street in the City of New London CT, one of the busiest intersections in downtown New London.
