Lynn College of Nursing, the first LEED Gold Certified building for Florida Atlantic University. Other LEED projects Klewin has constructed or are in preconstruction include the IRSC STEM Building, the FAU Link Building, and the Council on Aging of Martin County.
Sustainable construction requires the re-use of existing sites and materials, the use of recycled and environmentally friendly materials, alternative energy sources, mechanisms for reducing waste and resource utilization. Green Building initiatives not only provide occupants and the surrounding community a healthy environment, but also result in energy efficiency, cost reductions, and extended building life-cycles.
At Klewin, we are committed to sustainable construction and the proof is in our work.
