This 160,000 square foot high-rise will house 138 residential units. The apartments are predominantly studio and one bedroom residences, but also feature two bedroom and penthouse units all with stunning views of New Haven and Yale University.
The Georgian-Colonial Revival skyscraper was constructed in 1928 on the site of the former home of Richard Perry, Secretary to the General Court of the Colony of New Haven. Designed by the architectural fi rm of Cross & Cross the building was constructed for the Union and New Haven Trust Company and has been a landmark in New Haven for over 85 years. Construction will be completed by the end of 2014.
